1. General Terms

By purchasing products from S.K. TRADERS, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making any purchase.

2. Product Information

• All mobile phones sold are 100% genuine and come with official manufacturer warranty
• Product specifications, features, and prices are subject to change without notice
• Images displayed are for reference only; actual product may vary slightly
• We reserve the right to limit quantities on certain products
• Product availability is subject to stock

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• We accept cash, UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and EMI payments
• EMI options are subject to bank approval and terms
• Prices mentioned in-store or on promotional materials are final at the time of billing
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion

4. Warranty Terms

• All products come with manufacturer's warranty as specified
• Warranty period begins from the date of purchase
• Original invoice must be presented for warranty claims
• Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs
• Warranty claims are processed as per manufacturer's policy
• Extended warranty, if purchased, is subject to separate terms and conditions

5. Return & Exchange Policy

• Products can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of purchase in case of manufacturing defects only
• Product must be in original condition with all accessories, box, and packaging
• Original invoice is mandatory for returns/exchanges
• Return is subject to inspection and verification of the defect
• No returns on opened or activated products unless manufacturing defect is established
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after approval
• Refund will be made through the same mode of payment

6. Exchange Offers

• Exchange value depends on the condition and age of the old device
• Final exchange value is determined after physical inspection
• Old device must be in working condition
• Exchange offers cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specified
• We reserve the right to reject exchange if device condition is unsatisfactory

7. EMI Terms

• EMI facility is subject to bank/financial institution approval
• Processing fees and interest charges (if any) are as per bank policy
• Customer must have valid KYC documents and credit card/approved loan
• No-cost EMI offers are available on select products and credit cards
• Failed EMI payments are governed by bank's terms and conditions

8. Data Privacy

• Customer information is collected only for purchase and service purposes
• We maintain confidentiality of customer data
• Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent
• Customer data may be used for promotional communication (SMS/Email)
• Customers can opt-out of promotional communications at any time

9. Limitation of Liability

• S.K. TRADERS is not responsible for any data loss from devices
• Customers must backup their data before servicing or exchange
• We are not liable for any consequential damages arising from product use
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
• Force majeure events are beyond our control and responsibility

10. Product Activation & Usage

• Customer is responsible for product activation and SIM installation
• We provide basic setup guidance but do not handle personal data transfer
• Software updates and app installations are customer's responsibility
• Third-party applications and services are governed by respective providers

11. Intellectual Property

• All brand names and trademarks belong to respective manufacturers
• S.K. TRADERS is an authorized retailer and not the manufacturer
• Product manuals and software are property of respective brands

12. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from purchases will be resolved through mutual discussion
• In case of unresolved disputes, jurisdiction lies with courts in Jalandhar, Punjab
• We encourage customers to contact us first for any concerns

13. Changes to Terms

S.K. TRADERS reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued purchase after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
